Custom Jewelry
At Rafael Luaces Watches and Jewelry, we extend the privilege of realizing your unique, bespoke jewelry visions. Collaborating with our clients is a source of genuine joy for us, as we embrace and celebrate your creative ideas, designs, and preferred patterns. Recognizing the enduring value you attach to these pieces, we offer expert guidance on selecting the most suitable metals and materials. For instance, we advise against the use of softer metals like 18kt, 22kt, or 24kt gold due to their delicate nature. Instead, we recommend alternatives such as durable 10kt gold or crafting the piece in silver and subsequently plating it in gold. Our dedicated team is committed to transforming your dreams into reality, ensuring the creation of your envisioned piece within a timeline of 3 to 4 weeks.

Requesting a Service or Repair or Custom Jewelry
Us the contact form on the bottom of the page to request a service. We will contact you via email and phone to discuss your needs.
You may also come to the store whenever you like to discuss what service you'd like to do for your jewelry piece.
Please note that an initial payment of $50 is required upon receipt of your jewelry piece. If you wish not you go though with the repair you initial payment will be refunded. We usually finish the repair in 4-6 weeks. This will vary depending on what we need to do with your jewelry piece.
If requesting a custom jewelry piece please be submit a ticket saying(I'd Like To Make A Custom Piece). We will contact you with farther instructions and walk you through the process on how your jewelry will be made.
**WE COULD ONLY ACCEPT SERVICES OR REPAIRS FROM THE U.S.A. as our insurance does not cover the shipping of repairs outside of this area.**
