Return Period

You may return unworn or silently worn items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Unworn or Silently Worn: The item must be in its original condition, unworn or silently worn (with no visible signs of wear), and in the original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RA number.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RA number, using USPS Priority Mail or a similar trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved items.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
